All money that comes into the band room goes into a locked drawer and is calculated by one of our own band parents, Kate Brackley. Kate has already put in many hours ensuring accuracy in each student’s account. Receipts are in the band office stored in alphabetical order. Please emphasize to your student not to leave money lying about. You can check the chart on the office window to see where your band member is. Check the receipt tray in the office!
